In an interview with People, Salma once shared how her erratic schedules don’t allow her to workout every single day. ‘I don’t have time to exercise, I am working,’ she told them. ‘I’ve had some 20-hour days.’ While she indulges in full-fledged workouts once in a while, she knows how to keep her body engaged and work those muscles all day. She revealed, ‘I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.’
